Creatine gummies guide
Cheapest creatine gummies: price per 5 g vs powder
Creatine gummies ranked by price per 5 g of creatine, not per jar. Why 3 g servings mislead, what a month costs, and how gummies compare with powder.
If you have decided you want creatine gummies, the next question is which jar gives you the most creatine for the money. Brands make that hard: one jar says 30 servings of 3 g, another says 30 servings of 5 g, and a third says 120 servings of 1 g. Our creatine gummies list turns every label into the same number, the price per 5 g of creatine.

The list only includes gummies whose store page or Supplement Facts panel states the creatine per serving, the gummies per serving and the count. Gummies with added ingredients are left off, so every row is priced on creatine alone. Prices change daily; the full list shows when each was last checked.
Why does price per jar mislead?
Because jars hold different amounts of creatine. Three common label formats:
| Label | Gummies per jar | Creatine per jar | Days at 5 g a day |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 g per 4 gummies, 30 servings | 120 | 150 g | 30 |
| 3 g per 3 gummies, 30 servings | 90 | 90 g | 18 |
| 1 g per gummy, 120 servings | 120 | 120 g | 24 |
Worked from example labels. Check your own jar.
The first and second jars both say "30 servings", but the first holds two-thirds more creatine. If they cost the same, the second costs about 67% more per gram of creatine. Pricing per 5 g removes that trick of the label, whether or not anyone intended it.
If you take 3 g a day, which the International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand includes in its 3 to 5 g maintenance range, every jar lasts longer. The ranking by price per gram stays the same.
What does a month of creatine gummies cost?
Take the price per 5 g from the table and multiply by 30 for a month at 5 g a day, or by 18 for a month at 3 g a day (3 g is 60% of 5 g). Do the same with the powder prices below, and the gap is easier to feel as a monthly bill than as cents per serving.

What else is worth paying for in a gummy?
Price is not the only thing that separates gummies. Creatine is harder to keep intact in a gummy than in dry powder. In 2024, NOW Foods tested 12 brands of creatine gummies and reported that 6 did not meet their label claim. The background is in are creatine gummies worth it?.
- Independent batch testing or a certification. NSF Certified for Sport, Informed Sport or a published certificate of analysis from an outside lab. A cheaper gummy with no testing may be a worse deal than a pricier certified one.
- The form stated. "Creatine monohydrate" with a gram amount per serving.
- Sugar or sugar alcohol per serving. Four gummies a day adds up; the Supplement Facts panel lists it.
- How to check the label math. See how much creatine is in a creatine gummy.
Creatine in gummy form has been studied directly. A 2026 randomized trial gave 17 female beach volleyball athletes 5 g a day of creatine in gummies for 10 weeks and reported better jump height and change-of-direction speed than a 15-person control group. The study was small, the control group took no placebo, and a gummy maker donated the gummies.
