1. What Value Servings is
Value Servings is an information site. We collect prices and product details that stores publish, compare them on a stated serving, and link to those stores. We do not sell, make, stock, ship, test, or recommend any product. We are not a party to any purchase you make.
2. A US website
Value Servings is operated from the United States for shoppers in the United States. Prices are in US dollars and come from stores that sell in the US. We make no claim that the site or any product is suitable or legal to buy outside the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following your local laws.
3. Prices and availability
Every price on Value Servings is a snapshot taken at the time shown and is provided for general comparison only. Prices, discounts, sizes, stock, shipping, taxes, and fees can change at any time, can differ by location, account, or cart, and can be wrong on our site because of a store error, a data error, a delay, or our own mistake.
The only price that counts is the one the store shows you at checkout. A price on Value Servings is not an offer to sell and is not binding on us or on any store. We are not responsible for any difference between a price shown here and the price you are charged, and we will not honor, match, or refund a price shown on this site.
4. How we calculate "% off" and tags
"% off" on Value Servings compares the price per stated serving of one product with the price per stated serving of a named reference brand on the same list. It is our calculation. It is not a sale, coupon, or discount offered by any store, and it does not mean a store has reduced its price. When we show a store sale, we label it as the store's sale.
Labels such as "Best value", "Top pick", and "Down X%" are produced by fixed rules applied to the prices we collected. They are not endorsements, reviews, or statements about quality, safety, or results.
5. Product information and descriptions
Product names, images, amounts, ingredients, and descriptions come from stores and brands. Descriptions are short excerpts of the store's own words and are credited to that store. We do not verify them, and they may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Claims in them are the store's or brand's claims, not ours. Always read the label and the store's page before you buy or use a product.
6. Leaving Value Servings
When you click Buy or any link to another site, you leave Value Servings. That site has its own terms, prices, privacy practices, and policies, and we do not control it. Everything that happens there is between you and that site, including the price you pay, payment, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, subscriptions, customer service, the product you receive, and how your data is handled. We are not responsible for any of it.
7. Not medical advice
Nothing on Value Servings is medical, nutritional, or health advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a physician or other qualified clinician before you use any supplement. 9. No warranties

We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Value Servings and its owners, operators, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, profits, data, or goodwill, or for any personal injury or illness, arising out of or related to: your use of or inability to use the site; any price, calculation, label, description, image, or other information on the site; any product you buy or use; any store or other site you visit from a link here; or any act or omission of a store, brand, or other third party. This applies whatever the legal theory, even if we were told such damage was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those places, these limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Your responsibility
You agree to use the site lawfully and to check prices, labels, and terms with the store before you buy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Value Servings and its owners and operators from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
12. Acceptable use
Do not copy the site or its data in bulk, scrape it, interfere with it, or use it to mislead anyone. We may limit or block access at any time.
13. Emails
If you give us your email, we use it to send the price alerts or updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy.
14. Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the disclaimer, the affiliate disclosure, and the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and Value Servings about the site.
