Prices on this site are per serving

A large tub can look cheap. A small bottle can look expensive. The sticker is the package. It is not the serving.

Value Servings divides that package price by a fixed serving. The serving is written on the list: 5 g creatine monohydrate, 1 g EPA + DHA for fish oil, 100 mg elemental magnesium for magnesium glycinate. A row goes up only when the retailer’s own text states the dose and how many of those servings are in the package. If the page does not say, the product stays off the list.

The three lists with prices today:

• Creatine is per 5 g of monohydrate. Creatine HCl has its own tab. It is not the same form.
• Fish oil is per 1 g of EPA + DHA. Algae uses that same gram and stays on its own tab.
• Magnesium is per 100 mg of elemental magnesium. Oxide is not on that list.

Other aisles use the same rule once there are rows. An empty category does not get a made-up price.
